Data we collect

The data we collect depends on how you use the service: through the website, API, account or support.

Account data: user ID, email or external-login data, profile settings, interface language and technical account parameters.
Usage data: created generations, statuses, request history, credit charges, errors, security events and account-dashboard actions.
Technical data: IP address, user agent, device, browser, approximate location, request logs, cookies and similar identifiers.
API data: API keys in hashed form, last characters of the key, creation date, revocation, deletion, possible last-use information and idempotency keys.
Support data: messages, attachments, contact details and other information you send when contacting support.

Source images and results

To provide AI processing, the service needs to temporarily receive, store and process uploaded materials.

We may store source images, generation results, thumbnails, technical metadata, statuses and file references to display history and provide results.
Source materials and generation results are stored for no more than 7 days, after which they may be automatically deleted or become unavailable.
Files may be deleted earlier when a user deletes a generation, rules are violated, the retention period expires or technical cleanup runs.
Temporary file URLs are not permanent public storage and may stop working after expiration or file deletion.

How we use data

We use data for product operation, security, support, analytics and service improvement.

To create generations, check statuses, show history, provide temporary result links and charge credits.
To maintain security, prevent abuse, limit evasion, attacks, fraud, rule violations and prohibited-content usage.
To perform technical diagnostics, fix errors and improve performance, interface quality and API stability.
To respond to support requests, investigate disputes, check request statuses and help with account issues.
To analyze aggregated website usage and improve pages, funnels, documentation, UX and product decisions.

Full API keys are not stored in plain text: we may store only the key hash, last characters, status, creation, revocation or deletion date.
API requests may store technical data, statuses, idempotency keys, errors, charge records and temporary file URLs.
You are responsible for the security of API keys, integrations and systems that send data to the service.

Sharing data with third parties

We may use third-party services and infrastructure for website operation, storage, payments, analytics, authentication and support.

Data may be processed by hosting providers, cloud storage, CDNs, payment providers, analytics services, email/notification services and support systems.
We do not sell your source images or generation results to advertisers.
We may disclose data if required by law, court request, rights protection, abuse investigation or service-security needs.
For international data transfers, we aim to use reasonable technical and organizational protection measures.

Retention periods

We store data no longer than necessary for processing purposes, security, support, accounting and legal obligations.

Source materials and generation results are stored for no more than 7 days and may then be automatically deleted.
Generation history, statuses, charge records, API request data and technical events may be stored longer if needed for the account, support, security, analytics or accounting.
Cookies and analytics identifiers are stored according to browser settings, analytics-tool parameters and selected consent settings.
After deletion, separate backups or technical logs may remain for a limited time until scheduled cleanup.
