If a generation is rejected by moderation, safety systems or internal service rules, credits, funds or other balance units charged for that generation are not refunded and are not eligible for refund.

Acceptance of terms

By using the website, API, account dashboard or any service features, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the service and do not upload images.
These terms apply to every way of using the service, including the website, API, automations, integrations and account dashboard.
We may restrict access to the service if usage violates these terms, safety rules or applicable law.

Eligibility

The service is intended only for users who may lawfully use this type of AI tool.

You must be of legal age under the laws of your country or region.
You are responsible for complying with laws, platform rules and jurisdictional requirements that apply to your use of the service.
You may not use the service if you are prohibited from using similar tools or if your intended use is unlawful.

Uploaded images and rights

You are responsible for all images you upload to the service.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions and consents to upload and process each image.
You must not upload images of people without a legal basis, consent or another permitted basis for processing.
You must not upload images of minors, even if the image appears harmless.
You must not use the service to violate privacy, reputation, copyright, image rights or other rights of third parties.

Prohibited use

Some use cases are prohibited regardless of whether they are technically possible.

You may not create, attempt to create, distribute or use non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake content without consent or sexual material involving people without permission.
You may not use the service with images of minors, for bullying, blackmail, harassment, doxxing, threats or humiliation.
You may not present generated output as a real photo, documentary evidence or a truthful image of a real event.
You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, deception, unlawful advertising, platform-rule evasion or harm to third parties.
You may not attempt to bypass moderation, safety filters, limits, technical restrictions, API restrictions or service protection mechanisms.
You may not upload illegal, harmful, rights-infringing or clearly unacceptable content.

Moderation and safety

The service may use automated and manual moderation to protect users, third parties and the platform.

We may review input images, request parameters, generation outputs, usage history and signs of abuse.
A generation may be rejected, stopped, hidden or deleted if it violates these terms, safety requirements or internal service policies.
We may temporarily or permanently restrict access to accounts, API keys, generations and results in case of suspected abuse.

Credits, charges and refunds

Credits are used to pay for processing and generation jobs.

Credits are charged when a generation request is created or at another moment shown in the service interface.
If a generation is rejected by moderation, safety systems or internal service rules, charged credits, funds or other balance units are not refunded and are not eligible for refund.
We do not guarantee that the generation result will match your expectations, a specific style, quality level or commercial purpose.
Refunds, compensation or balance adjustments may be provided only at our discretion unless otherwise required by applicable law.

API and API keys

The API is intended for integrations, automation and using the service inside your own products.

You are responsible for the security of API keys and for all actions performed using them.
You must not share API keys with third parties, publish them publicly, store them in public repositories or expose them in client-side code.
We may limit, revoke or disable API keys in case of rule violations, suspicious activity, limit abuse or security risks.
The API may return temporary file URLs. Such URLs must not be treated as permanent storage or a public CDN.

Result quality

AI processing depends on the source image and technical limitations of the model.

Result quality depends on resolution, lighting, pose, angle, occlusions, noise, compression and other properties of the source image.
The service is provided as is: artifacts, errors, distortions, unpredictable results, delays and technical failures may occur.
You are responsible for evaluating whether the result is suitable for your purposes and for any further use of the output.

Storage, deletion and file access

The service may temporarily store source images, results and technical data for processing, history display and support.

Source images and results may be deleted automatically after the retention period, when a generation is deleted or when rules are violated.
After deletion or expiration, temporary URLs, source files and results may become unavailable without recovery.
We may retain technical records, statuses, charge records, API request data and security events when needed for service operation, abuse prevention and support.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms as the product, API, moderation and safety requirements evolve.

A new version becomes effective after publication on this page unless stated otherwise.
Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
